Sa panahon ng pabago-bagong klima at dagsa ng mga tao sa pampublikong lugar, tumataas ang posibilidad ng mga sakit tulad ng Influenza o Trangkaso. Ito ay tinatawag na Influenza-like Illnesses (ILI) — mga sakit na may sintomas na katulad ng trangkaso.

📋 Mga Sintomas ng ILI:
✅ Lagnat o panginginig
✅ Ubo at sipon
✅ Pananakit ng katawan
✅ Sakit ng lalamunan
✅ Panghihina at pagkapagod

💡 Paano maiiwasan ang ILI?
✔️ Maghugas ng kamay palagi gamit ang sabon at tubig.
✔️ Takpan ang ilong at bibig kapag umuubo o bumabahin.
