The goal of SBIRT is to identify and effectively reduce psychosocial or health care problems related to mental health and substance use of service users .

Ang meeting na ito ay dinaluhan ng ating mga Badac Auxilliary Team , HOA , Youth Organization, Fraternity Group at maging ang ating bagong Hepe ng SubStation 8 na si Pcpt.Leonardo Urbano
Tinalakay dito ang kahalagahan muli ng Drug Prevention sa atin at sa lugar na nasasakupan ng ating Barangay Bagbaguin ..
Magkakaroon ng Drug Prevention Launching, ito ay ang opisyal na pakikiisa ng ating barangay para mapalawak pa ang pag iwas sa droga ng mga kabataan . Bababa muli ang Badac sa mga streets at HOA upang mag conduct ng symposium.
Inaasahan dito ang pakikiisa ng mga HOA at Youth Organization .
