Good day everyone!

In accordance of the PREVENTION AND CONTROL of COVID-19, we would like to inform you of our NEW NORMAL SAFETY PROTOCOLS.

1. Maximum of two patients at a time.
2. No cellphones is allowed and minimize your belongings.
3. Before entering the clinic, body temperature will be check.
4. Upon entering, you will be compulsory to sanitize. Alchohol will be available at the clinic staffs.
5. Patients is required to answer the screening form before proceeding to checkup. Your honesty with this matter will be highly appreciated
6. Face mask and social distancing is a MUST!
7. Clinic Hours: Monday - Saturday (9am to 4pm)
