We are inviting everyone to join us in our Mass Blood Donation Drive on December 18 and 19, 2025 (Thursday and Friday) from 8:00am to 4:00pm at 2F, Blood Bank Section, Fatima University Medical Center - Valenzuela.

Donating blood can save a lot of lives. Donate now and share the gift of life.

Eligibility Checklist 📋
✔️ Must weigh at least 110lbs/50kg.
✔️ 16-65 years old; as a minor, must have written parental consent
✔️ Must have 6-8 hours of sleep
✔️ Must be well-hydrated
✔️ Must have eaten before contemplated blood donation
✔️ Must not take any medication (e.g. Isotretinoin, Finasteride, Etretinate, Feldene, Aspirin, Steroid, etc.)
✔️ Must avoid alcohol intake and smoking 24 hours prior to scheduled blood donation.
