We are grateful to have been part of the recent DTI MSMEs event held in Baras, Catanduanes on March 18, 2026, with the theme “𝘽𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜: 𝙎𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝘿𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣 & 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙈𝙎𝙈𝙀𝙨.” This initiative highlights the importance of resilience and preparedness in today’s evolving business landscape. It was a valuable opportunity not only to engage with the community, but also to share our insights on resiliency, preparedness, and adaptability, including our approach through 𝗔𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗗 (𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗣 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀).

Through ADRAD, we discussed strategies that help businesses anticipate risks, respond effectively, and adapt to changing conditions—particularly in a typhoon-prone setting. We also introduced practical adaptive facility planning strategies that business owners can readily apply during the typhoon season—helping them better prepare, protect their assets, and maintain operations amid disruptions. Emphasis was placed on designing and planning with climate realities in mind, ensuring that structures and systems remain safe, functional, and responsive during strong typhoons and flash floods.

Events like this reinforce the role of collaboration in building stronger, more future-ready enterprises. More than safeguarding operations, continuity planning is about enabling businesses to recover, evolve, and grow with confidence.

Last February 6–7, 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗣 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗣𝗖 held its Strategic Planning Summit, creating space for the organization to pause, reflect, and intentionally map out the firm’s direction for the year ahead. Much like the early stages of design, the summit focused on aligning vision, refining strategies, and strengthening the foundation that will guide decisions, projects, and overall growth.

The company was honored to have retired Schools Division Superintendent 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮, 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗢 𝗩, as the resource speaker for the training. The insights she shared, along with the personal experiences she generously discussed, provided lessons that were both valuable and deeply relatable. Her perspective emphasized thoughtful leadership, clarity in direction, and purpose-driven work—principles that strongly align with AGAP’s approach to both design and management.

The summit also served as a company-wide training and refresher, allowing the team to reconnect with core values, revisit shared goals, and sharpen leadership and planning processes as one cohesive unit.

As the firm moves forward, the summit stands as a clear blueprint for the year ahead—intentional, grounded, and built to support meaningful growth for both the organization and the communities it serves.
