WDH Team Building 2025
“One Heart, One Vision, One Goal.”
From October 19–21 (Batch 1) and October 22–24 (Batch 2), the Wao District Hospital family took a break from the usual hospital routine and came together for three days of pure fun, teamwork, and unforgettable memories by the beach. It was a celebration of unity, trust, and camaraderie — proving once again that Team WDH is stronger together.
The event kicked off with Human Bingo, a lively icebreaker that filled the air with laughter and new friendships. The momentum continued with the thrilling Amazing Race, where teams faced challenges that tested not just speed, but also creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Up next was Building a Structure, where imagination met resourcefulness as each group used limited materials to create the sturdiest tower possible — a perfect reflection of how WDH stands tall through teamwork and innovation. The excitement carried on with the Blindfold Obstacle Race, a test of trust, cooperation, and communication, reminding everyone that success is achieved when we guide and support one another.
After every challenge, a meaningful reflection session allowed participants to share their thoughts and realizations — moments that deepened friendships and highlighted the true value of teamwork, respect, and unity.
As night fell, the beach came alive with the much-awaited social nights, where everyone shone in their elegant white beach attire. The night was filled with music, laughter, and performances that showcased the amazing talents of WDH staff — from singing challenges to dance battles across generations, proving that Team WDH knows how to work hard and have fun even harder.
To wrap up each night, all teams received special awards in recognition of their enthusiasm, creativity, and team spirit — because at WDH, everyone is a winner.
This memorable event would not have been possible without the full support and encouragement of our ever-active Chief of Hospital II, Dr. Asnawi R. Dalidig, Al-Hadj, whose leadership and guidance continue to inspire the entire WDH family.
We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to HEPCOM, under the guidance of HEPO II, Ms. Zenaida B. Piquero, for their tireless effort, organization, and dedication in making Team Building 2025 a successful and meaningful experience for all.
And most importantly, thank you to all WDH staff for your active participation, boundless energy, and teamwork throughout the event. Your enthusiasm and unity truly made this team-building activity a memorable and inspiring success.
The Wao District Hospital Team Building 2025 was more than just a getaway — it was a celebration of unity, resilience, friendship, and shared vision. Truly, we move forward as One Heart, One Vision, One Goal.
