After you shampoo your hair, towel dry it. Then apply the mask like how they do treatments on your hair in the salon. Work evenly into wet hair with fingertips from top to ends, paying special attention to damaged areas. Better to wrap your hair with plastic Cling Wrap and leave on for 10 minutes so it is absorbed well. Rinse thoroughly.

Use one to two times weekly.
