💡APREMILAST PLUS SECUKINUMAB FOR LONG-TERM CONTROL OF ACH: The authors describe a 44-year-old man with an 8-year history of acrodermatitis continua of Hallopeau (ACH), a chronic relapsing pustular psoriasis variant that is difficult to treat. Secukinumab therapy initially cleared pustules and eliminated pain, but relapse occurred after two years. The patient was then treated with a combination of secukinumab and apremilast, which resulted in well-controlled lesions, allowing secukinumab to be tapered while laboratory parameters remained normal. The investigators concluded that combining secukinumab with apremilast may provide a promising therapeutic option for long-term management of ACH.
