Good day! We will soon be requiring everyone to scan our clinic's QRCODE upon entry

Pursuant to Executive Order 657-2021, all city and national government offices, private establishments and the general public are enjoined to use and patronize the "StaySafe. Ph" application for digital contact tracing and use the one uniform quick response (QR) code at all entrances or visible spots.

The use of the StaySafe.PH app is also one of the criteria set for the Safety Seal certification program which affirms that an establishment is compliant with the minimum public health standards (MPHS) set by the government.

Clinic hours :

Monday to Friday : 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM ( No lunchbreak)
Saturday and holidays : 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with lunchbreak 12:00 to 1:00 PM)

* You can book online by clicking “book now” in our FB page or through this link ==> HTTPS://SJRC.AS.ME
(Booking ONLINE is RECOMMENDED, as to have NO issues during checkpoints )
* You can also come as WALK-IN as first come first serve basis

>> Requirements for XRAY :

CHEST X-ray : ID only
Other Xray : ID and doctor’s official request

>> Requirements for ULTRASOUND :

PELVIC/OB ultrasound (more than 4 months or baby bump visible) : ID only
PELVIC/OB ultrasound (very early/for evaluation if pregnant) : ID and doctor’s request
Other ultrasound : Advisable that you acquire a referral from your doctor (so we know what preparations you need to do)
