موسم کی تیزی، راستوں کی رکاوٹیں، ٹرانسپورٹ کی کمی، اور اخراجات کا بڑھتا بوجھ… ہر موڑ پر نئی مشکل سامنے آتی ہے۔

World Day for Physical Activity 2026

We all know the benefits of physical activity, but many of us are not meeting the physical activity recommendations. The WHO reports that 1 in 4 adults, and 4 in 5 adolescents, do not do enough physical activity. Older adults, people living with disability, and women and girls are also less likely to be active, further widening health inequalities.
