Swabi: The 19th Hospital Executive Committee (HEC) Meeting was held on November 06, 2025, under the chairmanship of Hospital Director Dr. Khalid Masud in the Committee Room of BKMC-MTI, Swabi.
The meeting was attended by the Acting Medical Director, Director Finance, all Administrative Officers, HoDs, AHDs of Allied THQs (Topi and Chota Lahor), and Nursing Manager.
During the meeting, all previously assigned tasks and their current status were presented to the forum. The Chair directed the concerned officers to complete their tasks within the stipulated time.
The Manager MIS presented a detailed presentation on the “Safe Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)” and informed the forum about the pros and cons of AI.
Agendas of both Associate Hospital Directors, Sehat Card Plus, Manager MIS, Facilities Management, M&E, Bed Management, Director Finance, In-charge Emergency, and Duty Manager (Night) were discussed in detail, and decisions were made accordingly.
The Chair issued directions to the concerned department to speed up the HMIS tender process so it can be materialized on an urgent basis.
Necessary recruitment matters and the ETEA screening test results were also brought to the notice of the Chair, who directed that all necessary and urgent recruitments be facilitated.
The Hospital Director once again emphasized the need to strengthen Sehat Card Services and the Emergency Department to ensure easy access for the public to benefit from SSP and ER services.
