𝟐𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐄𝐂 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦.

Swabi: The 21st Hospital Executive Committee (HEC) Meeting was held on February 13, 2026, under the chairmanship of Hospital Director Dr. Khalid Masud, in the Committee Room at BKMC-MTI, Swabi.
The meeting was attended by the Director Finance, Nursing Manager, Administrative Officers, Heads of Departments, and Associate Hospital Directors of Allied THQs (Topi and Chota Lahore).
The status of previously assigned tasks was reviewed, and the concerned officers were directed to complete all pending assignments within the stipulated timelines.
Follow-up discussions were held on agenda items presented by the Associate Hospital Directors, Facilities Management, Director Finance, Manager Pharmacy, Security, CSSD, MMM, MIS, and HRM Department. Necessary decisions were taken accordingly.
The Patient Satisfaction Survey was discussed, and the efforts of the Quality Department were appreciated. The Employee Satisfaction Survey is currently underway.
The Hospital Director acknowledged and appreciated the efforts of the SCP team for their dedicated work and highlighted the importance of extending full support to the Sehat Card Plus program at BKMC.
Issues related to the Sehat Card Plus Program, Laboratory, Blood Bank, and CSSD were also discussed, and decisions were made.
The Hospital Director directed all managers to conduct monthly visits to both THQ hospitals and submit detailed reports to the Hospital Director’s office.
