• Raw spinach – 30 g
• Apple – 40 g
• Cucumber – 30 g
• ⁠Lemon juice – 1 tsp (~5 ml)

🍊🍋🍎 Sugar-Free Fruit Iced Green Tea
Ingredients
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 apple, sliced
1–2 tsp green tea leaves (or 2 green tea bags)
Stevia to taste (optional)
4 cups water
Ice cubes
Fresh mint (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
Add orange, lemon, and apple slices to a saucepan.
Pour in the water and bring to a gentle boil.
Lower the heat and simmer for 8–10 minutes until the water turns a beautiful golden color and smells fruity.
Turn off heat, add green tea leaves, and steep for 2–3 minutes (don’t over-steep or it’ll turn bitter).
Strain the tea and add stevia if needed.
Let it cool, then refrigerate.
Serve over ice and garnish with mint 🍃

Episode 4: Zero Oil Crispy Papri

1. Cut leftover samosa patti into small papri shapes and prick with a fork.
2. Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 min.
3. Air fry at 180°C for 15 min, flipping halfway, till crisp (no oil).
4. Cool completely.
5. Store in a zip-lock bag with air removed + a paper towel.
6. Keep in refrigerator → stays good 2–3 weeks.
7. If soft, re-air fry at 160°C for 2–3 min.
