Meet Khadeeja, a resilient 4 year old from a remote area of Lodhran. Eight months ago, she presented with significant trunk leaning hamstring tightness and persistent toe walking. To facilitate upright posture and stability we fitted her with HKAFOs (Hip-Knee-Ankle-Foot Orthoses).
​Following the fitting our physiotherapy team designed a rigorous home based rehabilitation plan. Her parents embraced this challenge with incredible dedication. After eight months of unwavering effort Khadeeja returned yesterday showing remarkable improvements: enhanced trunk control increased hamstring flexibility and significantly improved gait. This case reminds us that treating Cerebral Palsy is not a matter of weeks or months.it is a journey of courage. Success relies on the synergy between the rehabilitation team and the tireless hard work of the parents.

محمد راشد، بہاولپور سے تعلق رکھنے والا ایک باہمت نوجوان، ایک سال قبل ایک افسوسناک مشینری حادثے میں اپنی ٹانگ سے محروم ہو گیا۔ مختلف آپشنز پر غور و مشاورت کے بعد اُس نے سلیکون پن لاک سسٹم کے ساتھ بیلو نی ماڈیولر مصنوعی ٹانگ کا انتخاب کیا۔

​I’m sharing a look at a custom medial longitudinal arch support I fabricated for a 7-year-old. At this age, we have a unique opportunity to support the foot's structure during a critical growth phase.

Managing long term Rheumatoid Arthritis requires a balance of pain relief and biomechanical correction. Today I worked with a patient who has been battling RA for 15 years and has developed significant lateral deviation at the MCP joints.
We applied a prefabricated Wrist-Hand Orthosis with a C-bar designed to:
* Realign the deformity
* Prevent further recurrence
* Maintain functional hand positioning
Custom orthotic intervention is vital in preserving independence for long-term RA patients.

dynamic hand splint
I prefabricated this dynamic hand splint for a patient with radial nerve palsy. While I previously used metal springs for extension assistance the patient often found them too rigid. This time I opted for rubber bands instead. I have noted that the rubber bands provide a more comfortable fit for the patient while still maintaining excellent recoil and power for finger extension.
