*Fine Tremors
*Mid line neck swelling
(Diffusely enlarged,non tendener goiter)

Low TSH & high free T4 levels

*Ultrasound Neck
*Antibodies testing (TRAbs/ TSI)
*Thyroid scan (Radioactive iodine Uptake ) tests advised.

Anti Thyroid Drugs
(Carbimazole (Neo-Mercazole)) +
Symptomatic treatment given
Asked for a follow up with remaining labs!!
