We are conducting awareness webinar for speech - language and hearing disorders affecting normal communication of a person. To speak well is an innate ability of a person and Language is a crucial part of our day-to-day life, but in certain situations it may impaired due to any developmental or accidental reasons. Which includes disorders such as ,speech issues due to stroke which called aphasia , stammering, cluttering, speech issues due to hearing impairment usually deaf population , articulation errors, voice disorders, neurological deficit, psychogenic communication disorders, Dysarthria, and aprexia of speech.People think that these problems go away on their own, but it is not the case that such problems affect the personality of a person in a way that person even can not share his/thoughts and it may develop psychological issues as well , like stress, anxiety ,anger, lack of interest,which effect personal and social life also.
Imagine if you couldn't find the words to use in a conversation with someone? Or if you couldn't quite understand colloquial speech? Or couldn't follow the punchline of a joke?
