The Gilgit Baltistan Goodwill Movement (GBGM) is a non profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities in the Gilgit Baltistan region of Pakistan. Established in 2021 by founders Ghulam Muhammad Baig Farhan Baig and Hakim Ullah Khan, GBGM has grown from a social media forum advocating for disability rights into a registered charity under the Provincial Government of Gilgit Baltistan.

GBGM CEO Earns MSc in International Relations from the University of Strathclyde

The Gilgit Baltistan Goodwill Movement (GBGM) proudly announces that its Chief Executive Officer, Ghulam Muhammad Baig, has earned a Master of Science (MSc) in International Relations from the University of Strathclyde.

Baig affirmed his continued commitment to serving and uplifting the disabled community across the globe—particularly in Gilgit-Baltistan and Scotland. Speaking with GBGM, he stated:

“Education strengthens our resolve to advocate for equality, inclusion, and dignity. This milestone is not only personal—it represents a step forward in our shared mission to ensure that people with disabilities everywhere have the opportunities and respect they deserve.”
