1. Fruits are rich in fibers that assist your GI functions but fruit juices contains no fibers.

2. Fresh fruits are good source of (natural fruit sugar) that helps to maintain blood sugar level but fruit juices contains the same High fructose sugar along with added sugars that might raise blood sugar levels.

3. Fresh fruits might helps to satisfy hunger but fresh juices doesn't.

4. Whole fresh fruits contains more nutrients & less calories in contrast to the it's juice which lose most of it's micronutrients (vitamins & minerals) during processing & is high in calories that might cause weight gain.

Conclusion: Fresh Fruits are more healthier than Fresh juice of same fruit.
