وائی ڈی اے ٹی ایچ کیو ہسپتال پیرمحل روزانہ کی بنیاد پر ہسپتال میں ڈاکٹروں کو حراساں اور دوران ڈیوٹی ڈاکٹروں کو ڈسٹرب کرنے کے بڑھتے ہوئے واقعات جو کہ کچھ نام نہاد سیاسی افراد اور ان کے کارندوں اور کچھ میڈیا کی کالی بھیڑوں کی چھتر چھاؤں میں ہو رہے ہیں۔وائی ڈی اے ٹی ایچ کیو ہسپتال پیرمحل ان واقعات کی پرزور مذمت کرتی ہے اور ان افراد کو وارن کرتی ہے کہ اپنی ان حرکات سے باز آ جائیں اور ڈی سی صاحب اور سی ای او ہیلتھ ٹوبہ سے بھی مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ ان واقعات پر ایکشن لیا جائے اور ڈاکٹرز اور دوسرے میڈیکل سٹاف کو اس حد تک مجبور نہ کیا جائے کہ ہسپتال میں ہڑتال کرنے پر مجبور ہو جائیں ۔اور ہم ڈاکٹر شعیب میڈیکل آفیسر ٹی ایچ کیو پیرمحل کو بھی چوہدری صدیق پیارا کی طرف سے بغیر کسی ٹھوس وجہ کہ غیر ضروری انکوائری جو کہ سیاسی بنیادوں پر کروانے کی شدید الفاظ میں مذمت کرتے ہیں اور سی ای او ہیلتھ اور ڈی سی ٹوبہ سے درخواست کرتے ہیں کہ ایسے لوگوں کو ہیلتھ کے معاملات سے دور رکھا جائے اور بغیر کسی ٹھوس ثبوت کے کوئی انکوائری نہ لگائی جائے ۔ورنہ وائی ڈی اے ٹی ایچ کیو پیرمحل ،وائی ڈی اے ڈی ایچ کیو ٹوبہ ،وائی ڈی اے ٹی ایچ کیو کمالیہ، اور وائی ڈی اے گوجرہ کی طرف سے اسٹرائیک کی کال دی جا سکتی ہے ۔

YDA GOJRA higlhy condemn last night's incidence that took place in emergency department of THQ GOJRA regarding Abdullah son of Waseem Zafar cheema. This statement is being released after proper investigation done under supervision of worthy Medical Superintendent and senior members of YDA gojra.

Security guards asked the person not to park car in no parking area which is dedicated only for ambulances for smooth running of hospital work. On duty DMS requested the person himself but Abdullah thought it was against his honor and started abusing DMS and guards. Along with other goons, Abdullah physcially and verbally abused Dr Hassan Siddique and threatened him of severe consequences. He even called other goons to fight and tried to took the situation and hospital environment under his hand. Following this, some people with weapon tried to enter hospital and looked for on duty doctors and the situation was handled by calling 15 and requesting police help.

YDA Gojra stands with every doctor and condemn this act by Abdullah. We are going for every legal extent against Abdullah and every one spreading fake propaganda against Doctor Community on social media.
YDA demands high alert security in Emergency for every young doctor working there.

وائی ڈی اے ٹی ایچ کیو پیرمحل کل رات ایمرجنسی میں مریضوں کے اٹینڈنٹ کی طرف سے پیرامیڈیکل اسٹاف کو مارنے اور ان ڈیوٹی ڈاکٹر کو تھریٹ کرنے اور دوسرے مریضوں کی جان کو خطرے میں ڈالنے پر سخت الفاظ میں مزمت کرتی ہے۔اور متعلقہ حکام کو وارن کرتی ہے کہ اگر سیکورٹی گارڈز فراہم نہ کیے گئے تو ایسے حالات میں ہسپتال کو چلانا نا ممکن ہو جائے گا اور ایسے کسی بھی واقعے کا بار بار ہونا برداشت نہیں کیا جائے گا اور ایم ایس صاحب اور سی ای او ہیلتھ صاحب کی مدعیت میں ان افراد کے خلاف دہشت گردانہ دفعات کے تحت مقدمات کا اندراج کروایا جائے گا اور سنوائی نہ ہونے کی صورت میں سنٹرل کیبنٹ وای ڈی اے پنجاب کے ساتھ مل کر او پی ڈی بند کرنے سمیت دوسرے آپشنز پر بھی غور کیا جائے گا ۔

Under the Leadership of Dr. Azhar yaseen, Dr Umer Farooq and Dr. Hammad Arshad, presidential members of YDA Gojra, a significant meeting of the senior cabinet members of YDA Gojra was convened. During this meeting, a very urgent incidence was discussed

The prevailing culture of subjecting young doctors to unnecessary victimization and humiliation by few black sheeps of our society has raised significant concerns about the physical and mental well-being of these young professionals. Tragically, one such recent incidence needs to be highlighted. A person named "Afzal" who called himself a lawyer came in emergency with previous history of diarrhea and active complaints of body aches. He was given necessary medical treatment after assuring his vital and hemodynamic stability. After the nursing staff removed his IV line he was asked to put pressure on the puncture site for a while as normal clotting time is 30 secs. He removed the cotton right away and started shouting on nurses and doctors on duty with life-threatening statements and kept on saying "I am a lawyer. You ll suffer severe consequences" "I ll be back with other bar members and will see you"
This ill mannered moon struck needs to apologize with doctors and nursing staff on duty and this threatening behavior against our young doctors will not be tolerated by any person.
Young doctors play a vital role as the backbone of any hospital, tirelessly dedicating themselves to their work despite the challenges of limited human resources and inadequate availability of medicine. It is crucial to acknowledge and appreciate their unwavering commitment and exceptional services.

With a deep commitment to change, the Young Doctors Association Gojra is determined to take all necessary measures to put an end to such toxicity against doctors if its not being dealt by higher authorities.
