And this is a move I'll spend a lot of time just doing multiple rounds of that one technique because it is highly effective once you've warmed up at accessing those very deep knots and very deep adhesions This is where you'll find a lot of relief for your clients And always make nice after you're done with deep work Or just simply do some lighter effleurage work Restore some blood flow to the area and try and re-relax your clients
