The session focused on the importance of ergonomics in reducing workplace fatigue, improving posture, and fostering both physical and mental well-being. It was attended by a large number of participants including ICCI former Presidents, Executive Members, ICCI Members, and prominent business leaders.
During the session, Dr. Yogi Wajahat demonstrated practical techniques on how to sit, move, breathe, and work, not just for efficiency but for longevity and happiness in daily professional life.

A healthy workforce is indeed the foundation of a productive economy.”
