- Monitoring of Services Delivery (Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation - M&E)
- Advancement of Medical Equipment (BERC)
- Digitalization of Record keeping (HISDU, LP portal, MIMS, HRMIS etc)
- Strengthening of vertical programs (dedicated Hepatitis, NCD & TB Clinics)
