In this post, I wanted to share with you some common types of overthinking. It is important that we become aware of our thought patterns because they determine how we ultimately feel in a situation. Once you recognize that your thought isn’t true and can identify the reason why (as I explained under each type), then you are better equipped to reframe that thought into a more realistic one. This allows us to feel less anxious and can tremendously benefit the way we show up for ourselves, at work, and in relationships.
