She is running this virtual consultancy named as Nutrition For Life on Facebook and Instagram from past 4 years. Experienced in Mutli-culture, diverse environment with different organization including government & NGO’s and International NGOs in Pakistan. Experienced in conducting/facilitating educational workshops and trainings . worked in following projects
' relief general food distribution (GFD), cash -based transfers (CBT) interventions, BISP and KP-SPRING projects under UN umbrella in collaboration with government of Pakistan. Her areas of interest includes Weight-loss management through diet , therapeutic diets , healthy eating , stress management through diet , sports nutrition , Nutrition through life span .

A Cry for Help

During my visit to the flood-affected areas of Landikas, Shareefabad, Makanbagh, and Bagladesh, I witnessed heartbreaking devastation. Homes were destroyed, streets buried in mud, and people left with nothing but despair.

Survivors are in urgent need of food, shelter, clothing, electricity, and medicine. A viral eye infection is spreading, yet there’s no medical support available. Many families remain without aid as relief packages were only distributed at specific spots, leaving the most deserving behind.

People are suffering. They need immediate help — not just visits, but action. Let’s not ignore their cry.
