Day 5 — How Stress and Sleeplessness Worsen PCOS (and What I Did) ✨
PCOS sirf diet se theek nahi hota stress, sleep aur lifestyle bhi hormones par direct impact daalte hain.
Jab cortisol (stress hormone) high hota hai, body estrogen & insulin ko balance karne mein struggle karti hai.
Aur phir shuru hota hai…
