π Creating Awareness. Strengthening Accountability. Building Safer Systems. π
Rozan successfully conducted a 1-Day Interactive Training on Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Sexual Exploitation & Abuse (SEA), and Sexual Harassment (SH) for Contractors and Firms under the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement-PULSE and Punjab Land Records Authority - PLRA Project in Lahore π€
Designed to move beyond basic awareness, the training emphasized practical understanding, ethical responsibility, and prevention strategies within professional and field-based work environments. Through interactive discussions, scenario-based learning, and reflective exercises, participants strengthened their ability to identify inappropriate behaviors, understand reporting mechanisms, and promote respectful conduct at all levels. π¬π
Key discussions focused on power dynamics, consent, professional boundaries, and zero-tolerance policies, underscoring the vital role contractors and firms play in fostering safe, inclusive, and harassment-free workplaces. The session encouraged participants to critically reflect on their own responsibilities in preventing GBV, SEA, and SH while championing a culture of dignity, accountability, and respect. βοΈβ¨
π We appreciate the active engagement and openness of all participants. By strengthening capacity at the operational level, this initiative supports safer systems, stronger institutions, and more responsible project implementation.
π Because sustainable development begins with safety, respect, and human dignity.
