Rozan conducted an intensive 3-day staff training aimed at promoting protection, rehabilitation, and economic empowerment of survivors of gender-based violence, in collaboration with JICA Pakistan, with the support of Punjab Women Protection Authority

The training brought together dedicated staff from Women Protection Centers, focusing on enhancing their capacity to respond to survivors’ needs with sensitivity, professionalism, and a survivor-centered approach.

Over three days, participants engaged in:
