πŸ’œ Healing Begins with Understanding and Care πŸ’œ

Survivors of gender-based violence need more than shelter they need compassion, patience, and the right support to heal.

Under the Project for Promoting, Rehabilitation, and Economic Empowerment of GBV Survivors (JICA Technical Cooperation Project), Rozan conducted a specialized training for staff of Transitional Homes under the Social Welfare Department (SWD), Punjab, focusing on psychosocial education and counseling for GBV survivors.

With the support of JICA, this initiative is strengthening frontline responders to:
✨ Provide trauma-informed care with empathy
✨ Create safe, survivor-centered environments
✨ Support survivors in expressing emotions, rebuilding confidence, and reclaiming their strength

🌱 Together, we are building spaces where survivors feel safe, supported, and empowered to move forward with dignity and hope.
