πΏ Rozan Launches 3-Day Training of Trainers in Punjab! πβ¨
Rozan has officially launched a three-day Training of Trainers (T.o.T) on Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Sexual Exploitation, Abuse & Sexual Harassment (SEA & SH), Case Handling Protocols, Referral Pathways, and Prevailing Laws in Punjab, under the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement-PULSE and Punjab Land Records Authority - PLRA Project. πͺπ
The first day of the training marked a strong and reflective beginning, focusing on building a shared understanding of safeguarding, survivor-centered approaches, and accountability within land governance and public service systems. The sessions encouraged open dialogue and critical reflection on power, ethics, and institutional responsibility. π±
On Day 1, participants:
π Developed a foundational understanding of GBV, SEA & SH and their impact on individuals and communities.
π‘οΈ Explored survivor-centered principles, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities in case handling.
βοΈ Discussed prevailing laws, policies, and institutional obligations related to GBV and SEA & SH in Punjab.
π€ Initiated discussions on referral pathways and coordinated response mechanisms.
This T.o.T aims to equip trainers with the knowledge, skills, and tools to cascade learning within their institutions, strengthening prevention, response, and accountability mechanisms throughout the province.
As the training progresses over the coming days, participants will further deepen their understanding of case management, referral systems, and practical application of laws to ensure safer, more inclusive, and responsive public service delivery in Punjab.
