We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager – Quality Control to lead and ensure compliance across our Auto Disable Syringe Plant (ADS). The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in pharmaceutical quality standards, a detail-oriented mindset, and hands-on leadership experience in sterile medical device manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily QC operations, ensuring product quality and compliance with GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Production, QA, and R&D to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review and approve analytical methods, protocols, COAs, and batch release documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor QC staff, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) with 6–8 years of relevant QC experience, preferably in medical device.
- Proficient in analytical techniques and regulatory documentation.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with equipment calibration, validations, and GMP compliance processes.
