Day 14/100 _ December 31st is the biggest lie we tell ourselves.

“New Year. New Me.”
Stats say otherwise.

Poor personal hygiene is not a badge of dedication, but rather a sign that we're not taking care of ourselves.

Dropping weights isn't a display of power, but rather a sign that we're still learning.

Failing to re-rack weights isn't a testament to strength, but rather an indication that we're not considering the community around us.

The gym is a space where our actions speak louder than our appearance, where we can surround ourselves with like-minded individuals who inspire us to elevate our standards.

Maintain clean attire, respect the floor and respect those around you. Prioritize weightlifting, but place even greater emphasis on cultivating the discipline and self-awareness that will serve you far beyond your time in the gym.
