پیروں کا مساج پر سکون نیند کے لئے بہترین ہے۔ پیروں کے مساج سے پورے دن کی بھاگ دوڑ سے ہونے والی تھکن اتر جاتی ہے اور بد قسمتی سے ہم میں سے زیادہ ترافراد پاؤں کی جانب توجہ نہیں دیتے۔ ترقی یافتہ ممالک میں فٹ مساج بہت مقبول ہے۔ رات کو سونے سے پہلے اگر پاؤں کا مساج کر لیا جائے تو یہ صحت کے لئے کتنا مفید ہے آئیے ہم آپ کو بتاتے ہیں:

1. رات کو سونے سے پہلے اگر پاؤں کا مساج کر لیا جائے تو جسم میں خون کی روانی متاثر نہیں ہوتی آکسیجن جسم کے تمام حصوں تک پہنچ جاتی ہے۔

2. پاؤں کا مساج پرسکون نیند کے لئے بہت ضروری ہے یہ ذہنی دباؤں، بے خوابی کو دور کر کے دماغ کو پر سکون کر دیتا ہے۔

3. زیادہ تر کھڑے ہو کر کام کرنے والے افراد یا حاملہ خواتین کے پاؤں میں سوجن ہو جانا ایک عام بات ہے۔ اگر سونے سے پہلے پاؤں کا مساج کر لیا جائے تو سوجن صبح تک ختم ہو جاتی ہے۔

4. پاؤں کے انگوٹھوں کے دونوں جانب اگر مساج کر لیا جائے تو یہ آپکی بھوک کو کنٹرول کرنے میں مددگار ثابت ہو تاہے۔

5. اگر آپکے دانت میں تکلیف ہے تو پاؤں کی دوسری، تیسری اور چوتھی انگلیوں کے مساج سے دانت کے درد میں آرام پہنچتا ہے۔

6. کان میں درد ہونے کی صورت میں پاؤں کی چھوٹی انگلی کا مساج فائدے مند ثابت ہوتا ہے۔

7. دن بھر کی تھکن کے بعد رات کو پاؤں کا مساج پورے جسم کی تھکن کو کم کر کے آرام پہنچاتا ہے۔

8. انگوٹھے کے نیچے والی جگہ کو دبایا جائے تو یہ تھارائیڈ گلینڈ کو میں آرام فراہم کرے گا ۔تھارائیڈ گلینڈ کی کارکردگی میں بہتری آنے سے آپ کے ذہنی تناؤ میں کمی آئے گی۔اگر آپ مسلسل تناؤ کا شکار ہیں تو اس جگہ کو ضرور دبائیں۔

9. اگر آپ ایڑھیوں کے درمیان والی جگہ کو دبائیں گے تو یہ جسم سے تمام زہریلے مادوں کو نکالنے میں بہت مدد دے گا۔ایسے افراد کو تمباکو نوشی کرتے ہیں انہیں اس جگہ دبانے سے کافی سکون ملتا ہے۔

📋A Sprained Ankle, a Twisted Ankle, and a Rolled Ankle: What is the Difference?

🔴The terms ‘twisted ankle’, ‘rolled ankle’, and ‘sprained ankle’ can all basically be used to describe the same thing. The outcome is the same, but the way you got the injury may differ. With a 'rolled' ankle, it is more likely that you will injure the lateral side of your ankle. If you 'twist' your ankle, the side of the ankle injured may differ, but it is still most common to injure the lateral side.

ℹ️Twisted Ankle
Have you ever stepped the wrong way and suddenly turned your ankle, but were able to “walk it off”? You most likely experienced a twisted ankle. When you twist your ankle, it means you have stretched the ligaments in your ankle past the usual point. Although it can be extremely painful when it happens, a twisted ankle may feel better quickly without any medical intervention.

ℹ️What is a Sprained Ankle?

A sprained ankle is an injury that occurs when you roll, twist or turn your ankle in an awkward way. This can stretch or tear the tough bands of tissue (ligaments) that help hold your ankle bones together.

Ligaments help stabilize joints, preventing excessive movement. A sprained ankle occurs when the ligaments are forced beyond their normal range of motion. Most sprained ankles involve injuries to the ligaments on the outer side of the ankle.

⚠️The Most Common Causes of a Sprained Ankle:
➡️A fall that causes you to twist your ankle
➡️Walking or exercising on an uneven surface
➡️Another person stepping or landing on your foot during a sports activity
➡️Landing awkwardly on your foot after jumping or pivoting

⚠️Symptoms of a Sprained Ankle:

➡️Swelling
➡️Bruising
➡️Restricted range of motion
➡️Pain when bearing weight
➡️Popping sensation at the time of injury
➡️Tenderness when touching the ankle
➡️Instability in the ankle

⚠️How to Prevent a Rolled Ankle:
➡️Proper warm-up techniques
➡️Be careful when doing physical activity on uneven surfaces
➡️Wear shoes that fit well
➡️Avoid sports that you are not well conditioned for
➡️Practice balance exercises
➡️Use an ankle support on a weak or previously injured ankle

🔴Healing ankle injuries
If you twist your ankle, follow the R.I.C.E. method for healing:

R: rest your ankle
I: ice it if there is any swelling
C: use compression to immobilize and support your ankle
E: elevate your ankle above your heart to reduce swelling
