1️⃣ Fix your sleep
Late nights = dull skin & bloating
👉 Sleep on time, even 6–7 quality hours shows on your face

2️⃣ Hydrate like it’s skincare
From iftar to sehri:
👉 8–10 glasses water
👉 Add lemon / chia seeds for extra glow

3️⃣ Build a balanced iftar plate
Half plate veggies 🥗
Protein (chicken, eggs, daal) 🍗
Small carbs (roti/rice) 🍚
❌ Not pakora + samosa overload

4️⃣ Walk after iftar
10–15 minutes is enough 🚶‍♀️
👉 Reduces bloating
👉 Improves digestion

5️⃣ Control sugar, not completely cut
