I love love. 🥰

How do you rise in love?
You put your arms around you and say, “I receive you as you come, with all your wounds and then some. I give you all that I am, every last crumb. I accept you in your journey even if you’re scared or numb. I believe in your potential, can you hear the world cheer to the beat of your drum? You deserve an unconditional sort of love, like that of an abundant mum. I swear you’ll never be alone, for I won’t ever leave you my sweet plum.” ✨❤️✨

So how do you get out of this cycle?

Steps:
1. Become aware and be able to identify the cycle. What are the triggers that get you to then react a certain way? How do you feel as a result and what thoughts come to me mind from that?
2. Take accountability. Instead of blaming the other or waiting for them to change, own your power to make a difference in your life.
3. Acknowledge the codependent (or whoever has been leading your relationships in which she keeps allowing you to get used and abused). Send her love and meet her needs. [Very important step].
4. Reframe and reassure the new version. Make a intention to rise above the past.
5. Seek support.

Will be going in depth with these steps during live online trainings, InShaAllah.
