Alhamdulillah after starting Eye surgery at Landhi Hospital without any lapse of a month Phaco Laser Machine installed in Eye operation theater. It made possible by high interest of Honorable Medical Advisor SESSI Professor Dr Shah Mohammad Noonari sb after repeated recalls by us thru our MS Dr Zafar Kaimkhani sb, we are also thankful to Dr Saadat Memon sahab who made it possibly earlier tenders n delivery. Inshaallah we will do next list sutureless phaco surgery at Landhi Hospital. We request to Medical Advisor sahab and higher authorities to appoint one Eye Phaco OT technician and one Refractionist for Refraction in OPD at Landhi Hospital as well as KVH Hospital. آنکھوں کی حفاظت کریں:

- دھوپ کا چشمہ استعمال کریں۔
- آنکھوں کو رگڑیں نھین آنکھوں میں خارش ہو تو ٹھنڈے پانی سے دھوئیں
- موبائیل فون/کمپیوٹر/اسکرین استعمال کرتے وقت 20 منٹ میں 20 سیکنڈ کا وقفہ کریں۔
- آنکھ مین خشکی کی علامات ہوں مثلاً تناؤ خارش لالی ہو تو لبریکنٹ آنکھوں کے قطرہ استعمال کریں۔
- ذیابیطس بلڈ پریشر گردوں کے مریض یا آپکے خاندان میں آنکھوں کی بیماری ہے تو آپکو باقاعدگی سے انکھون کا مکمل معائنہ کرانا ضروری ہے۔
- ریڈیمڈ مشروبات، فاسٹ فوڈز ھر تری ھوئی چیز نمک اور ھر میٹھی سے اجتناب کریں۔
- صحت بخش تازہ غذا زیادہ تر سرخ اور سبز سبزیاں کھائیں۔
