Final Day of Student Volunteer Program
A Day of Appreciation!

Today marked the grand finale of our 5-day Student Volunteer Program a day filled with energy, happiness, and heartfelt appreciation!

Students shared their thoughts and reflections on what they learned throughout the program from health awareness to lifesaving skills. Their presentations beautifully delivered powerful messages on the importance of healthcare awareness and community service.

The day concluded with a Certificate Awarding Ceremony, graciously hosted by Dr. Najiya Khan, Director Medical, where every participant was celebrated for their dedication and enthusiasm.

A special appreciation goes to our amazing Supervisor Team and Management for their tireless efforts, planning, and teamwork that made this entire program a grand success!

We also extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Sanaullah Saleem and the Beaconhouse School team (Johar Campus) for their continuous collaboration and support in empowering our future healthcare heroes!

Day 4 at NIKUD
Student Volunteer Program

Today was a power-packed and action-filled day!
Our amazing student volunteers stepped into the world of Basic Life Saving Skills learning how to respond in emergencies, perform CPR, and control bleeding like real first responders!

The session wasn’t just theory it was all hands-on, practical, and full of excitement!
Students practiced real-life emergency scenarios, showing incredible energy, teamwork, and passion to help others.

Every heartbeat they saved today in training could mean a life saved tomorrow!

Day 3 Highlights

3rd Day of Student Volunteer Program at NIKUD!

Today’s session was full of energy, learning, and creativity! 💪
Students actively participated in hands-on training to learn how to check blood pressure readings and understand the normal values an important step in becoming health-aware citizens.

They also explored the importance of healthcare awareness in building a healthy community. Each student expressed their thoughts through creative poster-making, spreading a powerful message:
“This is not just a poster it’s a voice for health, for our loved ones, and for a vision of ❤️ Healthcare for All.” ❤️

The day concluded with a healthy discussion on the importance of a First Aid Box at home, where students learned about the essential items every home should have for emergencies.

Day 2 – Students Volunteer Program

The second day of the volunteer program was filled with learning, awareness, and compassion.
Students attended an interactive lecture by Dr. Sidra Siddiqui, who explained the functions of the kidneys and how dialysis supports patients with kidney failure.

After the lecture, students were taken on a round of the dialysis unit, where they met and interacted with patients suffering from chronic kidney disease. Listening to their stories helped students explore the journey from being a healthy person to living with a lifelong illness, and the many challenges faced during treatment. ❤️

The visit also included a practical demonstration where students learned how a hemodialysis machine removes toxins from the blood, how to check blood pressure, and how to respond in emergencies when readings become unstable.

It was an inspiring and educational day that helped students connect theory with real-life experiences, preparing them to become responsible, compassionate, and knowledgeable future hero's.
