Being the modest creature in history; having tremendous power of technology but still having the highest rates of suicides each year. The more we are diving into the world of comfort the more we are being detached from our selves. Isn’t it the saddest history of mankind?
You may experience anxiety and depression in your life but it never means to stay there and not come out. Today we are talking about how you can come out of anxiety and depression.
𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞
What happens if you pour a glass of water with 5 liters? The water eventually comes out and flows on the floor. Yeah, that’s what exactly happens to you when you pour your mind with stressful thoughts. The neurons in the brain get stuck when you pour yourself with so many thoughts.
Find someone who can listen to you without judging you, we human beings need a good listener so choose wisely to whom you share your thoughts. It is proved from the research that we lose our 60% stress when we share our thoughts with someone whom we trust strongly. So find someone, in case you don’t find feels free to reach out to us we are always there to listen to you.
𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬
Writing has been proved to be the easiest way to express your feelings. From the fiction to non-fiction writers all share their thoughts by slipping their pens on the paper. But papers are not always meant to be used for these purposes there is countless usage of them.
How it can help you? Write down your thoughts on it, write as much as you can don’t count for pages you’ve written go with the flow don’t stop your pen. What would happen then? You will build a relationship with your diary and whenever you can't speak you simply write them down in your diary.
After following this step note down the pattern of your anxiety like when does it happen? Why does it happen? What causes yourself to be anxious? What push you into the wall of depression?
Once you get to know about the pattern of your thoughts its almost certain that you'll start a better understanding of yourself and once you understand yourself then you gradually push yourself out of the wall of depression.

Satisfying yourself is most important if you are satisfied working in a small company then it isn't small for you because you are happy. Being happy is the happiest feeling, the question is how you can be happy? Well, there are different ways to be happy it depends on the person like some love listening to music while some take it as noise. Take a notebook and write down the list of things that makes you happy it can be ice cream, spending some time with your friend, going out, painting, etc. find your happiness and do it right away.
𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐇
ALLAH says ‘’call upon me I will respond to you’’ if He is there to help us then why to have fear? Have faith in ALLAH offer Namaz even when you don’t want to. As I mentioned above that express your feelings to someone and it can be anyone then why not choose the Creator of Everything? Talk to ALLAH and make lots of lots of Duas add that May ALLAH makes the path easy for me to walk on. May ALLAH heals my heart These duas are small but makes a huge effect.
