Hope you all are doing well.
My today's recipe is a juggad recipe, a cost effective and easily available ingredient recipe. So lets follow my page for more interesting and easy to cook recipe for daily routine cooking.

🔥KARAHI QEEMA 🔥

🍅INGREDIENTS :-

Mutton/ beef mince 250 grams
GG paste 1 tsp
Red tomatoes 3
Crushed red chillies 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
Crushed cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Yoghurt 4 Tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Dried fenugreek leaves 1/4 tsp
Julian cut ginger for garnish
Sliced green chillies for garnish
Charcoal for smoke

🍅METHOD:-

🥘In a vok heat oil. Add gg paste. Saute for few seconds. Add finely chopperize mince
(I prefer making mince from boti)

🥘Bhonify till mince changes its colour. Now add tomatoes cut into half. Place these tomatoes over mince (pulp side towards mince). Cover and cook for few minutes on low flame.

🥘After few minutes open the lid and remove tomato skin with the help of tong. Now mash tomatoes with the spoon.

🥘Add salt +crushed red chillies + crushed black pepper + turmeric powder and bhonify for few minutes, so tomatoes and all powdered spices completely mix with mince.

🥘Now add some water and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes add yoghurt with remaining ingredients(crushed corriander seeds +crushed cumin seeds +dried fenugreek and bhonify till oil separates.

🥘Dish out in a small karahi. Garnish with julian cut ginger & chopped green chillies. Serve hot with tandoori naan or homemade chapatti.

QEEMA GHOUTALA

INGREDIENTS :-
●●●●●●●●●●

Chicken boneless 300 grams
(Chopperize with 2-3 green chillies + 2-3 cloves of garlic and a piece of ginger into fine mince)
Oil 1/2 cup
Sliced onion 1 large
Tomato paste 1 large tomato
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Corriander powder 1/2 tsp heaped
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Amchor powder 1/4 tsp
Dried fenugreek 1/2 tsp heaped
Yoghurt 1/4 cup
Chopped capsicum 1
Chopped carrots 2
Cubed potatoes 1 large

METHOD :-
●●●●●●●●

In a pot heat oil. Add chopped onion and fry till light golden. Add tomato paste with powdered spices from salt till cumin powder. Bhonify.

When oil separates, now add chopperize chicken mince. Again stir cook till chicken change color to white and spices completely cooked.

Now add a glass of water and cover the lid. Cook on medium flame till chicken completely cooked.

Now add yoghurt with dried fenugreek and amchor powder and bhonify for few minutes.

Then add chopped carrots and potatoes. Cover and cook till vegetables tender.

Now with the help of kitchen masher, mashed all ingredients into fine mashed form. On final stage bhonify chicken ghoutala and add chopped capsicum.

Cover and simmer for few minutes. Tasty and flavourous qeema ghoutala ready to serve. Serve with puri paratha or naan or bread of your choice.

Hope you all are doing well. Today I want to share a very yummy and my own created recipe of bhindi. It's one of my family favourite dish. Give it a try.

FRIED BHINDI (OKRA )
¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥

INGREDIENTS :-
*****************

Bhindiyan (okra) 1/2 kg
Sliced onion 1 small
Sliced tomatoes 1 medium
Chopped green chillies 1-2
Red chilli powder 1/4tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Corriander powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Amchor powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
Oil 2 Tbsp for masala
Oil for frying okra

METHOD :-
***********

Select long and thick okra. Wash and rinse excess water. Now cut both head and tail of all okra properly. Cut into pieces.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry okra on medium flame. Before frying okra prepare it's masala first.

MASALA PREPARATION :-
**************************

In a pot heat 2 tbsp oil. Fry 1/2 sliced onion till golden color. Add sliced tomato. Cook till tomato soften.

Now add powdered spices. Bhonify till oil separates.

Now add fried okra. Sprinkle remaining sliced onion,chopped green chillies and amchor powder. Now mix all ingredients with soft hand. So masala mix well with okra.

Now squeeze lemon juice. Cover and cook on low flame for few minutes. Tasty dried bhindi ready to serve.

Serve hot with homemade chapatti. Enjoy with your family and friends 🤩

Hope you all are doing well. Have a nice weekend and here I present a very special recipe as weekend special. I made it yesterday on auspicious occasion of jashan e milad un nabi.

I named it moti mahal due to small meat balls which look like pearls. Hope you will like it and try it at your homes.

MOTI MAHAL PULAO

INGREDIENTS :-
FOR MEAT BALLS

Chicken boneless 300 grams
Onion sliced 1 small
Green chillies 3-4
Corriander bunch 1/2
Mint leaves 8-10
GG paste 1/2 tsp
Gram masala powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Roasted gram flour (besan) 3 tbsp

Chopperized all above ingredients in a chopper and make fine mince. Make small balls by greasing your palms with oil. Keep aside for some time. After 1 hour deep fry them on medium flame till golden color. Dish out in a plate and keep aside.

INGREDIENTS :-
FOR MASALA:-

Sliced onion 3 medium
Sliced tomatoes 3 medium
Whole(sabut) gram masala 1 tbsp
GG paste 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1/2tsp
Corriander powder 1 tbsp
Gram masala powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Yoghurt 3/4 cup
Oil 1 cup
Rice 1/2 kg soaked for half hour

In a pot heat oil. Fry onion till golden brown. Remove 1/2 fried onion for further use. Add whole gram masala with gg paste in remaining onion. Bhonify for few seconds.

Add sliced tomatoes and cook till tomatoes soften.

Add powdered spices from chilli flakes till salt in yoghurt and all add green chillies in yoghurt.

When tomatoes soften add fried chicken balls. Bhonify for few seconds. Add yoghurt mixture. Bhonify and cover cook for few minutes till oil separates.

Bhonify with gentle hands. Now add 4 cups of water (double to rice quantity). When start boiling add soaked rice. Check salt at this stage. If needed add some more.

Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes on medium flame.

Before putting on dum add remaining fried onion & kewra water. Cover and put on dum for 10-15 minutes on low flame. After 15 minutes switch off the flame and let it settle down for10 minutes.

Before serving garnish with fried onion and with kachumber raita. Enjoy yummy moti Mahal pulao with your family & friends

Hope you all are doing well. My today's recipe is something about breakfast or Sunday brunch. You can make it and enjoyed it as sundayfunday with puri or parathe.

🥘ALOO CHANAY KA SALAN
₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩

🥘INGREDIENTS :-
₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩

Boiled potatoes 3 medium
Boiled chickpeas 1 cup heaped
Onion(1) + Green chillies (2)paste
GG paste 1 tsp
Tomato paste 1 medium tomato
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Corriander powder 1/2 tsp
Gram masala powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Yoghurt 1/4 cup
Dried fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Chicken powder 1-2 pinch (optional)
Chopped cilantro for garnish
Sliced ginger for garnish
Chopped green chillies for garnish

🥘METHOD:-
₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩

In a pot heat oil. Add cumin seeds. Fry till start cracking. Now add onion &green chillies paste. Bhonify till onion smell vanished.

Now add powdered spices from red chilli powder till chilli flakes along with GG paste and tomato paste. Bhonify till raw smell of spices vanished and masala turned golden brown.

At this stage add beaten yoghurt with dried fenugreek leaves and chicken powder (optional).Again bhonify on low flame till oil separates.

When oil separates add boiled chickpeas. Crushed some chickpeas with the help of spoon. It will give thickness to gravy.

Now add some water along with boiled potatoes pieces. Mix well and cover cook for few minutes.

🥘TIP OF THE DAY
₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩₩

For giving shine to your curry add tarka of ghee (2tbsp)with 1/4 Kashmiri lal mirch before serving. Garnish it well.

Serve hot with tandoori naan, puri or paratha. Enjoy with your family and friends 🤩

Hope you all are doing well. Here I present a very tasty and mouthwatering dish for your weekend brunch, lunch or dinner.....Chicken Cheese Handi restaurant style 🤩

CHICKEN CHEESE HANDI
**************************

🧀INGREDIENTS :-

Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Boiled onion paste 2 tbsp
GG paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Curd 1/4 cup
Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
Almond powder 1 tbsp
Red chillie flakes
Green cardamom powder 1/2tsp
Sliced cheese 4 tbsp
Sliced green chillies for garnish
Chopped cilantro for garnish

🧀METHOD :-

🍗In a pot first heat 2 tbsp butter,as butter start melting add cooking oil. After 30 seconds add boiled onion paste with gg paste.Bhonify till onion smell vanished.

🍗As onion paste changes light golden add powdered spices from red chilli powder till turmeric powder. Bhonify till oil separates.

🍗Now add boneless chicken and bhonify for few minutes. Add some water and cover the lid. Cook on medium flame till chicken tenders.

🍗As chicken completely done add beaten yoghurt and bhonify till oil separates. Now add desicated coconut powder along with almond and green cardamom powder.

🍗Add half quantity of cheese. Sprinkle some water. Cover and simmer for few minutes till cheese melts and mix with other ingredients.

🍗At the time of serving garnish with chopped cilantro, sliced green chillies and a piece of cheese. Yummilicious chicken cheese handi ready to serve.

Happy weekend to all of you. Today I want to share with you a recipe ,very yummy, spicy and full of aroma and flavours. Make it enjoy it with your family as Sunday brunch. I hope you will definitely like it.

🌶🧅KUTE(CRUSHED)MASALAY KA QEEMA🧅🌶 :-

🌶INGREDIENTS :-

Kuta howa qeema(minced meat) 250 gm
Roughly sliced onion 1 large
Roughly chopped tomatoes 2
GG paste 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Freshly ground masala 1 tbsp
Dried fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Yoghurt 1/4 cup

🌶FRESHLY GROUND MASALA
Pepper corns 6-8
Cloves 3
Cinnamon stick 1 medium
Black cardamom 1
Green cardamom 2
Button red chilli 3
Corriander seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
(Coarsely grind in dry grinder all these spices)

🌶METHOD :-

In a pot add all ingredients except dried fenugreek and yoghurt.

Save some freshly ground masala for further use.

Add 3-4 glasses of water. Cover and cook on medium flame till meat completely cooked.

As meat soften, bhonify after adding yoghurt till oil separates.

When oil separates add dried &crushed fenugreek with remaining freshly ground masala. Cover and simmer for few minutes.

Before serving add chopped green chillies, chopped cilantro and sliced ginger. Serve hot with roghni naan or roghni roti. Enjoy yummy and irresistibly tasty kute masalay ka qeema 🤩

Hello friends !

Hope you all are doing well. Today I want to share with you a very yummy and delicious recipe of pasta, which originated in Jamaica and typically made from leftover chicken, bell peppers, cream and pasta and known as rasta pasta. I made few changes according to my convenience.

🥘RASTA PASTA
~~~~~~~~~~~
🧀INGREDIENTS:-

Fusilli pasta(boiled) 2 cups
(Boil pasta according to instructions on packet)
Boneless chicken 200 grams
Chopped bell pepper 1 large
Chopped carrot 1 optional
Oil 1/2 cup
Sliced onion 1 medium
GG paste 1 tsp
Tomato paste 2 medium tomato
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp
Or
Cream 4 tbsp

🧀METHOD :-

🍗In a pan heat oil ,fry onion till light golden. Add gg paste with boneless chicken. Cook till chicken change color.

🍗Now add all seasonings from chilli flakes till salt. Bhonify, cover and cook till chicken tenders.

🍗Now add tomato paste Soya sauce chilli sauce vinegar and tomato ketchup. Mix well and cook till oil separates. If you are adding carrot then cook it with chicken so it properly softened. Now add chopped bell pepper along with boiled pasta. Mix well and on final stage add cream. I used cheddar cheese instead of cream.

🍗Cover and simmer for few minutes till cheese melts. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot. Enjoy with your family and friends 🤩

🥚BOILED EGGS MASALA GRAVY :-

🍳INGREDIENTS :-
Boiled eggs 4
Oil 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Grinded onion 1
Green chillies paste 1 tsp
Mint + cilantro paste 1 tbsp
GG paste 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Gram masala powder 1/4 tsp
Tomato paste 1 large
Yoghurt 2-3 tbsp
Dried fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Cream/ Milk 2 tbsp
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp

🍳METHOD :-

🍅Heat oil in a pot. Add cumin seeds & fry till cracking. Add onion + green chillies paste + mint cilantro paste with GG paste. Bhonify for few minutes.

🍅Now add powdered spices and tomato paste. Cook till raw smell of spices vanished.

🍅Now add beaten yoghurt and some water. Cover and cook for few minutes.

🍅As masala completely cooked, on final stage add dried fenugreek and milk/ cream. This addition will enhance flavour of your gravy.

🍅Just before serving cut boiled eggs with the help of a n egg cutter. Add sliced eggs in cooked gravy. Add some water and cover & simmer for few minutes. Serve hot with homemade chapatti or tandoori naan.Enjoy with your family and friends. Do try this recipe and give me your feedback.

My today's recipe is a dish from Turkey. It's really amazing in taste and adding cheese made it quite rich in flavours and aroma. Very simple yet delicious recipe for you.

🧀🍚CHEESY CHICKEN PILAF 🍚🧀

🧀INGREDIENTS :-

Plain boiled rice 2 cup
Boneless chicken cut into cubes 250g
Chopped onion 1 medium
Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Tomatoes chopped 2
Oil 1/2 cup
Roasted & crushed button red chilli 5
Gram masala powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Yoghurt 2-3 tbsp
Chopped capsicum 1 large
Cheddar cheese (grated) 4 tbsp

🧀METHOD :-

Boil soaked rice with salt and 1 tsp white vinegar. After 3/4 boiled, drained and keep aside.

In a pain heat oil. Add chopped onion and fry till light pink. Add chopped ginger garlic and fry for few seconds.

Add boneless chicken and cook till chicken change color. Now add chopped tomatoes with powdered spices and cook for another few minutes till tomatoes soften.

Add yoghurt. Mix and cover the lid. Cook till chicken completely cooked. Add some water to avoid burning of masala.

At final step add chopped capsicum. Now add boiled rice and toss gently. When properly mixed add grated cheddar cheese and cover the lid. Simmer for few minutes until cheese melts.

Dish out yummy & cheesy chicken pilaf in a platter. Enjoy with your family and friends.

Hope you all are doing well. My today's recipe is a quick and easy dessert for all occasions. With a very few ingredients you can make a delicious sweet dish for your loved ones. Do try this recipe you will definitely love it.

🦋JHATPHAT SHAHI TUKRAY

🦋INGREDIENTS :-

Big sized bread slice 4
Milk 1/2 litre
Sugar 3-4 tbsp
Qalaqand/ Barfi 1 medium piece
Almonds 10-12
Pistachios 6-8
Green cardamom 2-3
Coconut powder 2 tbsp
Orange food color 1-2 pinch
Kewra water 1 tsp

🦋METHOD :-

🦚First of all take sugar + half almonds + green cardamom + half coconut powder and grind them to powder form.

🦚Now cut bread slices into 4 triangular pieces and fry them to golden colour with using ghee in a frying pan. Keep them aside.

🦚Boil milk in a pan. After milk start boiling slow the flame and add prepared sugar powder + orange food color and boil for some time. As sugar dissolves, dip one by one bread slices in boiling milk and placed them in serving dish.

🦚Now in remaining milk add crushed Qalaqand/ barfi and boil with continuous stirring till milk slightly thickened. Add Khewra water. Now pour this hot over bread slices in a way that all slices dip in the milk. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.

🦚Sprinkle coconut powder. Keep it in refrigerator. Yummy shahi tukray ready to serve. Enjoy with your family and friends 🤩

🦋TIP OF THE DAY
Don't dip fried bread pieces for long time in boiling milk, otherwise they will broke down into pieces.

Hello friends !

Hope you all are doing well. My today's recipe is an experimental recipe, which I tried very first time and it comes out super delicious and awesomely tasty. A unique combination of bhindi (okra) & potatoes. Do try this recipe and give me your feedback 😊

MASALEDAAR ALOO BHINDI

INGREDIENTS :-
Okra(bhindi) 350 grams
Potatoes 250 grams
Onion sliced 1 medium
Tomatoes 2 peeled & finely chopped
Green chillies 2-3 finely sliced
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida (hing) 1 pinch
Salt as taste
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Corriander powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
Oil 2-3 Tbsp/ for frying veggies
Fresh cilantro chopped for garnish

METHOD :-
Wash and cut okra into 1 inch pieces and potatoes into half moon shape. Dip cut potatoes in a bowl of water.

Take a pan. Heat oil. Add 1/3 sliced onion and fry till light golden. Add cumin seeds and Asafoetida powder. As cumin seeds start cracking add sliced green chillies. Fry for few seconds.

Now add chopped tomatoes with powdered spices. Bhonify till oil separates and tomatoes completely cooked. Switch off the flame.

On other hand take a wok (karhai). Heat oil for frying. First fry drained potato slices till light golden. Remove and add them to masala pan.

Spread some sliced onion over fried potato. Next fry okra till slightly browned. Now add these fried okra in masala pan. Add remaining sliced onion and squeeze lemon juice. Mix all ingredients with a gentle hand.

Sprinkle chopped cilantro . Cover and simmer for few minutes. After 5-8 minutes switch off the flame. Serve hot with homemade chapatti or paratha. Enjoy with your family and friends 😍
