Over the past 20 plus years, I have been working passionately in the areas of Digital Transformation starting from conceptualization to working out all the modalities to setup the complete process including the Digital tools.
It has been an uphill journey and a tough one for me as an individual and for my team. Transformation, entails changes in an organization’s strategies, operating models, people, processes, culture, technology and so much more. Most importantly, a commitment from the top leadership of an organization to do far better than what it does today.
We live in a world of innovation and technological disruptions today, so organizations that like to be successful must adapt Digital Transformation to save themselves.
We thank the Leadership at Bahria University Medical and Dental College for taking the Leadership role and engaging us with their Digital Transformation journey. It would not have been possible without their commitment. I would also like to thank my Team members for putting in their hard work.
