The International platform of Mtz Healthcare system aims for an efficient healthcare system, accessible to all,in the countries where there are no specialists available to those where no one can afford surgeries.

The included countries i.e 40+ countries of Ajr Financial System,(Exclusive Inclusions) would be not only sharing Telemedicine but also the Researches and Technological development would extend beyond the geographical & political boundaries.

EFFICIENT TELEMEDICAL SYSTEM
There are countries where there is only 1 physician per population of 100000 people or even more.
Just Internet and the presence of atleast one volunteer who knows English could make it possible to have the medical Consultations by European Doctors in the remote villages of Africa by the will of God

SURGICAL ROAMINGS

There would be surgical Roamings where the surgeons from 1 Mega Unit (country) would volunteer to do surgeries in another Mega Unit (country) and the third and fourth Mega Units (countries) would be providing machines and instruments.

EXTENDED RESEARCH GROUND
2 or more doctors from different continents could do research together

RESEARCHES & PHARMACEUTICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENTS FOR OTHER COUNTRIES
Yes,the members of 2 or more Mega Units could develop machines/softwares/pharmaceutical solutions for those in other set of countries,by taking hardware/raw materials/products from third set of countries i.e not particularly for their own countries but with the co-operation of other countries,for the third group of countries.

These surgical Roamings would be circulating between participant countries, weekly or monthly or every 3 months etc as per needed.

Countries/Mega Units could volunteer for these purposes,or the Exclusive inclusions could all be funding together,or the Ajr Financial System's centre would be managing finances directly.

The countries/ mega Units contributing most, voluntarily, would be most likely to have their currencies in Ajr's centre (memberships & other payments).The payments would be directed to the chosen bank there,and from there,they would be directed to Ajr's centre.That country would be having like "foreign remittances" from 40+ other countries,but in any case,it would be maximum for 3-6 months.This system would also be circulating between participant countries i.e Exclusive Inclusions

Ajr Financial System is sketched to help circulate standard quality services without money,i.e just through the exchange mechanism- things/services for things/services.

Alhmdulillah by the Grace of Allah, we have started a new Financial System,which is actually the Renovation of old barter system and it's digital transformation,and now we are looking forward for an Android application as well
