16yr old girl presented with the complain of not being able to smile and talk to people due to black/brown discolouration of teeth. She had a history of betel nut(CHHAALIA) chewing. After thorough examination, she was diagnosed with Amelogenesis Imperfecta(hypomaturation and hypo calcification type). She was advised indirect ceramic veneers but she couldn't afford it. So direct composite veneering(free hand) was done in almost an hour. Patient was very happy and satisfied with her new smile.
