Thinking about a stressful situation activates the hypothalamus in the brain, which triggers the HPA (hypothalamaic-pituitary-adrenal) axis, a stress-response system. This axis releases corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) to the pituitary gland, which in turn sends adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) to the adrenal glands. The adrenal glands then release stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline, preparing the body to respond to a perceived threat, even if the threat is merely a thought.

جب جسم دودھ میں سرگوشی کرے: اور وہ نرم سچائیاں جو ہم سننا بھول جاتے ہیں

مہاسوں کی اہم وجوہات اور ان کا حل

مہاسے اس وقت بنتے ہیں جب بالوں کے روم چھید (hair follicle) ضرورت سے زیادہ مواد سے بھر کر بند ہو جائیں۔

پورز بند ہونے کی تین بڑی وجوہات:👇

(Sebum):
جلد کا قدرتی تیل جو حفاظت اور نمی برقرار رکھنے کے لیے بنتا ہے۔
حل:

چہرہ دن میں 2 مرتبہ face wash سے دھوئیں

بہت زیادہ تیل والی مصنوعات سے پرہیز کریں

ہلکی، oil-free موئسچرائزر استعمال کریں

بیکٹیریا:
جلد پر موجود بیکٹیریا جب بڑھ جائیں تو پورز کو بند کر دیتے ہیں۔
حل:

Benzoyl Peroxide یا Salicylic Acid والا فیس واش استعمال کریں

گندے ہاتھوں سے چہرے کو چھونے سے پرہیز

روزانہ تکیے کا غلاف تبدیل یا صاف رکھیں

۔ مردہ جلد کے خلیے:

Actviz Pharma involved in importing and marketing of pharmaceuticals, consumer Health Care products throughout Pakistan. Sales Promotion Officers. Since recently we have also started importing of Vitamins/ nutritional supplements. We believe that along with our other products the nutritional supplement product line will also be successful. Foundations of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility were laid down in 2005 at a prime location in North Western Industrial Zone, Port Qasim Authority, Karachi, Pakistan. which cover an area of 7000 sq yards.
