S. Zia-Ul-Haq & Sons (Pvt). Ltd is looking for a Asst. Manager HSE !
Role & Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining company-wide HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive measures.
Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and training sessions for staff and contractors.
Ensure proper documentation of HSE activities, including safety checklists, audit reports, and training records.
Monitor environmental compliance and contribute to sustainability and waste reduction initiatives.
Promote a positive safety culture across all levels of the organization.
Coordinate with regulatory to ensure compliance with national/international HSE standards.
Support emergency preparedness planning and drills.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or any relevant Science discipline.
Must have IOSH Managing Safely.
Additional HSE certifications (Fire Safety, First Aid, OSHA from OSHA authorized trainer from USA, Risk Assessment, etc.) are highly preferred.
Minimum 7 years of hands-on HSE experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas sectors.
Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations.
Proficient in MS Office and HSE management systems.
Location: Gadap Town Behind Baqai Medical University | Super Highway | Karachi - Pakistan.
