We believe that liberty and the right to live are what we are all granted inherently. The main issue however is that some of us do not believe the same they believe that the world is there play ground, to get what they want. These people are willing to take away everything from anyone, in order to fulfill their desires.

In such times, protection is what is needed, from that which may harm us. And if the authorities don't help us out? Then its time for us to help ourselves, we believe in this.

Self Defense IBA brings you sessions on Self protection and Street awareness this week, during Break on Monday, 23rd April, and Wednesday, 25th April.
Two 45 minute sessions to guide you through the street behavior and tips that should help you, if one ever finds themselves in a tight spot. Class starts exactly at 1, don't miss the action
