Dubai’s property market recorded Dh35 billion in sales across 13,019 transactions in January, marking a 5% rise from December 2024. Off-plan properties dominated with 56% of total sales, reflecting strong investor demand.

Despite a slight 0.57% dip in price per square foot to Dh1,484, buyer interest remains high, with mortgage financing driving most transactions.

Key investment areas include JLT, Business Bay, and Dubai Marina for apartments, while Dubailand and Arabian Ranches lead villa sales. Analysts remain optimistic, expecting a record 72,365 residential unit completions in 2025.
