Every mind matters and sometimes, all it takes is a safe space to pause, express, and reconnect. In line with World Mental Health Day, EFU Life hosted an interactive session that combined creativity, awareness, and reflection, reminding us that mental well-being is just as vital as physical health.
Through an engaging improv activity with Usman Mazhar, employees learned how spontaneity and openness can help us navigate uncertainty with balance and composure. The session with Karwan-e-Hayat’s clinical experts further deepened the conversation, exploring how our reactions to stress, change, and life’s unpredictability influence our emotional health, and how self-awareness can guide us toward resilience.
These conversations also echoed this year’s World Mental Health Day theme: “Access to services – mental health in catastrophes and emergencies,” emphasising the importance of support systems and access to care in times of uncertainty.
At EFU Life, we continue to foster a culture where conversations around mental health are encouraged, and every individual feels supported in their journey toward well-being.
