A dignified retirement ceremony was held at DHQ Teaching Hospital Timargara in honor of RNO Mukhtar Khan, recognizing his valuable services. The event, organized by the nursing staff, reflected strong unity within the nursing community.

A special retirement ceremony was organized at Timargara Teaching Hospital in honor of Mr. Mukhtyar Khan (RNO, BPS-17) on the occasion of his retirement. The event was graced by respected colleagues, fellow RNOs, nursing leadership, and the wider nursing community.

We were privileged by the presence of Mr. Fazle Maula (Ex-President, PNC) and the Medical Superintendent of Timargara Teaching Hospital, who, along with all attendees, acknowledged his remarkable service, professionalism, and commitment to patient care.

His contributions to the nursing profession will always be remembered with respect and admiration. Wishing him a healthy, peaceful, and fulfilling retired life ahead.

Muhammad Anwar(Gold Medalist ) is a Registered Nurse Officer who earned a 3-year General Nursing Diploma from Liaquat National Hospital (LNH), Karachi, a one-year specialization in Pediatric Nursing from SNEB, Karachi, a Post-RN BSN from the Institute of Nursing Science, KMU (gold medal), an MSN from the same institute (another gold medal), a Master’s in English and Islamic Studies, and a PhD in Nursing from Malaysia. As a nurse researcher, he has over 70 publications in national and international recognized journals. His clinical experience includes working as a Staff Nurse, Nurse Instructor, Team Leader, and Assistant Head Nurse at Liaquat National Hospital, Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi, and DHQ Hospital Timergara, Dir Lower. He has also served as a Nursing Lecturer, Assistant Professor, and Principal at Medtec College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences, Dir Upper Wari, as well as Director of Anwar Nursing Coaching Academy.
