Which is also why hydration is so key 🔑 for me. Water is the most underutilized tool when it comes to health and we can change that 🔻
- In fact, a pretty good way to roughly calculate how much water YOU need DAILY is to multiply your weight (in kgs) by 0.033 and then adjust for your ‘activity level’. In general, for each 30 mins of training you need to add about 350ml more 🥤
- Why I added alkaline water with electrolytes to my day 🔻
Electrolytes are minerals that conduct electricity when dissolved in water and use their electrical energy for important functions like controlling fluid balance, regulating blood pressure and helping muscles contract, including the heart.
The concentration of electrolytes in beverages/ energy drinks vary; some also come with added carbs. BUT, this one’s carb free 🙌🏻
