34 year old non pregnant lady with mild cough and fever for 4 day she is also complaining og generalized body aches examination unremarkable pulse 103 BPM, respiratory rate 21 per minute Spo2 70 % room air, Spo2, improved to 97 % after 5 liter of oxygen with face mask echocardiography normal, chest x ray unremarkable d dimer normal, hb 10.5 mcv 86 what is your differential diagnosis? What is your dx only intillegnt people can give me right answer

47 year old male with no co morbid presented to ER department with 2 day history of fever and mild on off cough and with one day hx of sudden onset lower limbs weakness o/e power 1/5 lower limbs, ankle and knee reflexes present, planter bilateral down going and having hypertonia with normal sensation no abnormal examination findings in Upper limbs no hx of trauma, or contact with TB patients. 8 hours after that patient was again examined and now reflexes in both lower limbs absent with tone increased further with remaining examination findings static as on presentation to ER. what is your differential diagnosis and how would you proceed further
