📝 Key Responsibilities:
Handle local purchasing of raw materials, packaging materials, engineering & lab supplies.
Manage import procurement, LC/TT documentation, and coordination with clearing agents.
Obtain quotations, compare vendors & negotiate competitive rates.
Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain procurement records as per GMP guidelines.
Coordinate with QA/QC, Production & Warehouse to ensure timely availability of materials.
Build and maintain an approved vendor list according to company and regulatory requirements.
