Weight loss injections + Ramadan fasting?
Sehri idea:
Boiled eggs, oats or multigrain roti, yogurt, a few nuts, a fruit, and 2 glasses of water.
Protein + fiber help maintain stable energy and reduce cravings.
Avoid only tea, white bread, sugary or very salty foods โ they cause energy crashes.
Iftar tip:
Break your fast with dates and water, then choose light fruit, salad, lean protein (chicken or lentils) and a controlled portion of roti. Try not to make fried foods a daily habit.
Hydration rule:
Aim for 8โ10 glasses of water between Iftar and Sehri, especially if youโre on weight-loss injections.
