Fibre Rich Balls.

Ingredients 1. 7-8 Figs. 2. 7-8 Dates. 3. 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds. 4. 1 tbsp Raisins. 5. 2 bars of Dark Chocolate 6. 10 Almonds. Direction.
Soak Figs and Dates overnight. Blend all Ingredients together and roll them into small balls. Take 2-3 balls daily with 1 cup warm Milk.
