Here’s how to make your biryani weight-loss friendly without sacrificing taste:

1.Use lean protein
2. Reduce oil/ghee — 1–2 tsp is enough
3. Add salad & raita for balance
4. Control portion:

10,000 steps isn’t about fitness. It’s about consistency.

-And the easiest way to stay consistent?

- Break your walks into small chunks
