HOD Medicine Dr. Khushbakht delivered an awareness lecture in the General OPD, highlighting common cancers, their signs, symptoms, prevention, and treatment.
Special emphasis was placed on breast cancer, educating women about early warning signs and the importance of timely medical consultation.

Fauji Foundation Hospital Lahore observed World Tropical Disease Day on 30th January 2026 with an awareness session in the General OPD.
Dr. Ali Sherazi, Medical Specialist, delivered an informative lecture on common tropical diseases.
He explained the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of dengue and monkeypox.
Patients actively participated and asked questions, particularly regarding dengue fever.
The session aimed to enhance public awareness and promote early recognition and prevention of tropical diseases.

The final day of the BLS and ACLS training was successfully conducted today, marking the completion of an intensive and valuable learning program. Participants demonstrated improved skills and confidence in life-saving procedures under expert guidance. The training concluded with a strong commitment to applying these critical skills in clinical practice to enhance patient safety.

The second day of BLS and ACLS training is being conducted dated 28 Jan 2026, with active and enthusiastic participation from all attendees. Under the guidance of Dr. RF, Anesthesiologist, participants are receiving hands-on training in airway management. As evident in the session, practical learning focused on endotracheal intubation, including the correct technique of passing the ETT and its critical role in life-saving interventions. The training is being attended by a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including nutritionists, dentists, MIDs, staff nurses, doctors, and OTAs. Such multidisciplinary participation reflects the hospital’s strong commitment to enhancing emergency response and patient safety.

Commencement of the BLS and ACLS training session at Fauji Foundation Hospital (FFH) Lahore dated 27 Jan 2026. This is the third batch being trained by Dr. Arif, Anesthesiologist, in collaboration with our in-house ACLS and BCLS trainers, Dr. Ayesha and Dr. Arsalan. A total of 17 participants are enrolled, including 4 doctors, 1 nurse, 3 OTAs from peripheral FFMC and FFHC.

In contribution with Obesity Week, Fauji Foundation Hospital marked the concluding day with an awareness walk to show solidarity with the cause. The walk was planned and led by the three nutritionists of the hospital. During the walk, key messages were delivered to staff and participants, explaining what obesity is and highlighting its health risks. The activity aimed to promote healthy lifestyle choices and create awareness about obesity prevention.

Fauji Foundation Hospital Lahore observed World Obesity Week 2026 starting 12th January 2026 with a series of awareness and screening activities.
Day One included an awareness session in the General OPD, where nutritionists guided patients on healthy lifestyles, obesity prevention, and balanced diets, along with counseling at a welfare camp.
Day Two focused on full body composition analysis of OPD patients, informing them about their fat and lean mass followed by counseling sessions.
Day Three involved obesity screening at the Filter Clinic, where patients were categorized as obese, high-risk, or normal weight using color-coded ribbons.
The initiative highlighted FFH Lahore’s commitment to preventive healthcare and community well-being.

Almost 100 staff members gathered for the festive celebration, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
A giant Christmas cake was cut together, symbolizing unity and shared joy.
The celebration continued with a delightful tea break, filled with seasonal treats and cheer.
